These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made from JD Shisha Limited through jdshisha.com. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights.

2. Products and age restrictions
Product images and descriptions are provided as accurately as possible, although colours and packaging may vary. Where a product is legally age-restricted, you confirm that you meet the applicable minimum age. We may use age-verification checks and may cancel an order if verification cannot be completed.
3. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. An order is accepted when we send confirmation that it has been dispatched, unless we expressly confirm acceptance earlier. We may cancel or refuse an order where an item is unavailable, pricing is clearly incorrect, payment is not authorised, or legal requirements cannot be satisfied. If we cancel after payment, we will issue a refund.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are displayed before checkout. Payment must be authorised before dispatch. We take reasonable care to ensure prices are correct, but we are not required to supply an item at an obvious pricing error.
5. Delivery
We deliver to the address provided at checkout. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed. Unless otherwise agreed, goods will be delivered without undue delay and within 30 days of the order being accepted. Please contact us promptly if an order is delayed, damaged or missing.
Risk passes to you when you, or a person you nominate, receives the goods. Ownership passes once full payment has been received.
6. Your right to cancel
For most online purchases, consumers may cancel within 14 days after the day the goods are received. To cancel, contact us clearly by email within that period. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods.
You must take reasonable care of returned goods. You are normally responsible for return postage unless the goods are faulty, damaged or not as described. We may reduce a refund if handling has diminished the value beyond what would reasonably be allowed in a shop.
The cancellation right does not apply where the law provides an exception, including personalised goods, perishable goods, and sealed goods not suitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed.
7. Refunds
Eligible refunds will be made to the original payment method. We will refund within 14 days after receiving returned goods or evidence that they were sent back, whichever is earlier. For a full-order cancellation, we will also refund the standard outbound delivery charge; extra costs for premium delivery are not refundable.
8. Faulty or misdescribed goods
Goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If a product is faulty, damaged or misdescribed, contact us with your order details and photographs where helpful. Your remedies are governed by the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and other applicable law.
9. Availability and substitutions
All orders are subject to availability. We will not substitute a materially different product without your agreement. Sold-out items may remain visible for product information and restock purposes.
10. Liability
We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights. We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed, or for business losses arising from a consumer purchase.
11. Privacy
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Consumers living elsewhere in the United Kingdom retain any mandatory protections and may bring proceedings in the courts available under applicable law.
